Sheeter with Mechanical Pick & Place

The custom sheeter, composed of six subsystems—unwind, unwind dancer, rewind, rewind dancer, increment nip set, cutter, and gripper—unwinds a roll of material, removes a protective liner, cuts the material to length, and transfers it to a separate processing line.

· Allen Bradley control with touch screen display 15-17”

· Can hold manually input recipes for repeat jobs

· Has fault codes built into the system

· Electrical 400 Volts, 50 Cycles, 3 Phase

· Air - 90 psi dry and clean air.  

· Tolerance repeatability required +/- .060’’, based on stability of material and repeatability of the cut lengths.
