Fiberglass Laminator

The system is composed of four modules; an Unwind Module, Glue Drum Module, Cross Cut Module, and Rewind Module. These modules process a roll of facing, and a roll of insulation, into a compressed roll of insulation with facing glued to one side. The final roll can be partial cut at regular intervals, slit down the middle, and cut to length.

· Variable speed rotary crosscut blade for cut off

· Programmable Linear cross cut limits to minimize cut time of narrower webs.

· Adjustable roll compression

· Overhead manually attached stretch wrap roll film dispenser for securing the finished roll

· Allen Bradley PLC with touch screen display.
